HIGHEST-RATED FLOOR SYSTEM

WIRING HARNESS SYSTEM

5/16" THICK DOCK BOARD GUIDE PLATES
Protects the rear of the floor from dock plate damage. Increases durability and reduces maintenance costs.
INTEGRATED HEAVY-DUTY 10" HIGH WEARBAND
Provides greater protection against fork truck impacts. 3/16" thick, full-height. No exposed fasteners to back out or leak moisture into foam insulation.
LANDING LEG SUPPORT AND BRACING
High-tensile steel wing plates with collared holes and embossed ribs provide maximum strength and lower tare weight. Formed channel x-braces distribute leg forces into the full width of the leg.
FOAM-IN-PLACE INSULATION
High-pressure foam-injection system completely fills all cavities with no foam voids, guaranteed. The state-of-the-art process lowers heat lost for greater thermal efficiency and lower fuel costs.
AIR RIDE SUSPENSION

5-YEAR STEMCO® PLATINUM PERFORMANCE WHEEL END SYSTEM
The Stemco Platinum Performance wheel end system includes Guardian® HP oil seals, PRO-TORQ® spindle nuts and Integrated Sentinel® hubcaps. The entire system is warranted for five years and covers both parts and labor.
THERMAL BARRIERS
This low conduction barrier between the threshold and buckplate reduces heat transfer for greater thermal efficiency. The 3000R® has been designed with strategically placed thermal barriers to optimize thermal performance.
TENSIONED ROOF SKIN
The roof skin is tensioned like a drum and is bonded to the foam insulation for increased strength. Edges are mechanically formed around top rails to reduce moisture intrusion and insure thermal efficiency.
LED LIGHTS
LED stop,tail and turn lights plus LED clearance and marker lights on top rails and rear header provide up to 10,000 hours of service, lowering maintenance cost.
UTILITY WIDE-TRACK SYSTEM
The wide-track system is available for use with single-wide base tires. It features 6" wider spring centers for greater stability and improved tracking.
STAINLESS STEEL WINGPLATE
Stainless Steel wing plates with collared holes and embossed ribs provides improved image and minimizes maintenance expenses from road de-icing chemicals.
VORTEX REMOVABLE AIR RETURN BULKHEADS
Various styles of return air bulkheads are available to fit all types of refrigeration units. Vortex design is easily removable for cleaning and maintenance. Durable pallet stops independent of bulkhead structure are provided.
VERTA-LOCK® VERTICAL SHORING SYSTEM
Exclusive to Utility Trailer, this patented unique floor to ceiling load restraining system is used with specially designed spring loaded vertical shoring bars that hold loads firmly in place.
RETRACTABLE PLATFORMS AND STAIRS
A wide variety of platforms, stairs and steps from leading manufacturers are offered for better access to the rear of the trailer and from the side doors.
RECESSED LOGISTIC TRACK
Our Recessed Logistics Track allows customers to use a variety of load restraining devices (straps, load bars, etc.) without sacrificing inside width.
CUSTOMIZED FLOOR SYSTEMS
Specialty floor systems are available including "dairy" styles or extended service floors with extra-thick upper wear surfaces in both duct and flat top dry freight styles.
REMOTE EVAPORATORS
Utility Trailer offers a variety of remote evaporators in a variety of locations for all multi-temp trailer requirements.
FACTORY-INSTALLED LIFT GATES
Utility trailers can be outfitted direct from the factory with most manufacturers lift gates allowing customers immediate utilization of their new trailer.
LED DOME LIGHTS
LED dome lights operate with lower current draw and have increased life and operate equally well in both high and low temperatures. Light output is equal to or superior to flourescent lights.
FACTORY-INSTALLED REFRIGERATION UNITS
Utility offers installation of all models of refrigeration units, both standard single temperature units and all versions of multi-temp refrigeration units.

VECTOR REEFER UNITS
The Vector refrigeration system, single temp or multi-temp is available for installation at the factory. Utility will also install a specially designed high voltage cable and plug at the rear for shore power applications.
SIDE DOORS AND LIFT GATES
We install most models of rear and side door lift gates at the factory. Side doors are located where you need them.
LOAD DIVIDER BULKHEADS
All manufacturers of bulkheads are factory installed if desired. Horizontal or longitudinal (CenterSeal) designs available.
STRIP CURTAINS
Keeping the cold in and warm air out…side door or rear door mounts available.
INGRESS / EGRESS OPTIONS
Most manufacturers platforms, stairs and ramps are available for installation at the factory.
