Field Service Coordinator | City of Industry, CA

The Field Service Coordinator would support the Utility Trailer dealer/customer network and Field Service Regional Managers by gathering, documenting, analyzing, and presenting information regarding potential warranty claims. This position is at our corporate office located in the City of Industry, CA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate potential warranty complaints
  • Negotiate warranty settlements with dealers, suppliers, and customers
  • Administer warranty policies and procedures
  • Process warranty claims
  • Cross functional communication with other departments (Engineering, Drafting, Sales, Manufacturing, Quality Control, Aftermarket, etc.)
  • Provide support to the dealer / customer network regarding warranty requests
  • Develop methods to continuously improve customer facing applications
  • Communicate with Vendors, plants, dealers, and customers
  • Create monthly reports regarding warranty activity
