Human Resources Administrator | Paragould, AR

  • Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR-related matters.
  • Recruiting (hourly employees): screening resumes, interviewing candidates & conducting background checks.
  • Recruiting Process: posting jobs, checking applications at the window, and checking Indeed & company’s website to select candidates for the interview process.
  • Work as a liaison between candidates and Hiring Managers throughout the full cycle recruiting process.
  • Work with Temporary Agency for temporary associates.
  • Onboarding and Orientation
  • Open Enrollment
  • Monitor & finalize payroll and assist with payroll entries for both Hourly/Salary payroll.
  • Work closely with employees, supervisors, general foreman and plant manager on matters that need to be addressed on the floor.
  • Monitor and assist employees with Disputes with Attendance points.
  • Bank Verifications of Employments for Employee’s Lenders/Housing /Car Dealerships.
  • Investigations.
  • Reporting & Tracking: EEOC, weekly Retention, FLMA, Profit Sharing, Arkansas Dept of Workforce Verifications & Audits, HR/Salary Vacation Spreadsheet, etc.
  • Work directly with Food Vendors and assist with setting up meals for employees.
  • Help with Company Picnic.
  • Flexibility to perform additional tasks, duties and responsibilities as required.
