Nightshift Production Supervisor | Atkins, VA

• Supervise a department on our trailer assembly line. Department will consist of 15-30 production employees.
• Will learn the production, safety and quality components involved in producing North America’s #1 selling refrigerated van trailer.
• Upon training, will be responsible for ensuring Utility’s safety protocols are communicated and enforced within your department.
• Upon training, will be responsible for ensuring Utility’s engineering and quality control measures are adhered to within your department.
• Upon training, will be responsible to ensure that your employees are treated with respect and dignity in the workplace.
