Job Description:

Technical Sales Support Coordinator is a career opportunity for an individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, mechanical aptitude and good organizational ability. We are looking for an individual who has Customer Service experience and is well-organized. The Technical Sales Support Coordinator becomes the point of reference for Customers, Regional Managers, Engineering and Factory Personnel by managing workload, keeping schedules, providing feedback, documentation and information.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with Customers in a professional manner by telephone and email
  • Handle Customer inquiries:
    • Order Status
    • Pricing
    • Quotes
    • Parts availability
  • Research trailer parts information (catalogs and websites)
  • Understand engineering drawings (trailer parts)
  • Complete Sales related tasks in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
