  • Communicate with Regional Managers, Internal Departments, and Dealers in a professional manner by telephone, email, and in person
  • Handle Dealer/Customer inquiries:
  • Order Status
    • Pricing
    • Quotes
    • Parts availability
  • Research trailer parts information (catalogs and websites)
  • Understand engineering drawings (trailer parts)
  • Complete Sales related tasks in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
