Utility Trailer Manufacturing Company Launches New Mobile Application

CITY OF INDUSTRY, Calif., January 28, 2014 – Utility Trailer Manufacturing Company, the industry’s largest manufacturer of refrigerated trailers and a leading manufacturer of dry freight vans, flatbeds, and Tautliner® curtainsided trailers is pleased to announce the launch of a new mobile application for Apple iPhone® and Android® smartphones.

The free mobile application uses GPS (Global Positioning System) capabilities to search for a Utility dealership location within a user’s geographic location and within a specified radius search or map route. With over 100 Utility independent dealerships in the Americas, a user can select their desired location and view the address, phone number and services available at that dealership. Users will also have the ability to call, share, email, or get directions at a click of a button.

“Mobile applications are becoming more prevalent in business and in our industry,” said Larry Roland, Director of Marketing for Utility Trailer Manufacturing Company. “Utility’s app is designed to provide drivers with real time 24/7 access to our dealers’ information wherever and whenever they are on the road,” Roland added.

Utility’s full website is also mobile-enabled and can be accessed by visiting: www.utilitytrailer.com on Apple and Android smartphones. The Utility mobile application is available for free download by visiting the iTunes App Store and the Android Google Play Store on a smartphone and by searching for: “Utility Trailer”.
