Job Summary:

Utility Trailer is seeking Maintenance Technicians to join our maintenance team at the Clearfield, Utah Facility. As part of the Maintenance team, you will be tasked to perform duties, install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment accordingly to safety, and maintenance systems and processes in the facility.


Weekend Shift: Friday thru Sunday, 4:30AM to 5:00PM.



Job Responsibility:

  • Ability to make sound repair decisions that follow established best practices of the department, with regard to maintaining equipment functional operation and safety.
  • Provide emergency and scheduled/unscheduled maintenance of production equipment, forklifts, and gas/diesel engines.
  • Inspects machines and equipment to locate issues and problems, inspects parts to detect wear or other issues.
  • Troubleshoot and understands electrical circuits, schematics, and prints.
  • Knowledge of equipment repair and operation; able to repair and overhaul facility equipment.
  • Able to read and write legibly; able to perform tasks without little or no supervision.
  • Performs preventative maintenance on the facility and equipment.
  • Ability to operate a drill press, power hand tools, measuring equipment and test equipment such as a voltmeter.
  • Basic computer skills and PLC Knowledge (Allen Bradley) knowledge is desired.
  • Must have mechanical aptitude. Tool and Die, machining, welding, and fabricating experience beneficial.
  • Experience in electrical codes, installing or repair wiring, electrical and electrical components, and pipe systems.
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical presses is desired.

Production Welder – Night Shift | Clearfield, UT

Job Responsibility:
  • Works from shop orders, specification, and other instructions as to type of weld and amount of weld to be applied.
  • Able to weld and perform basic fabrication.
  • Exercises care to obtain proper penetration and code standard weld quality.
  • Performs necessary routing and cleaning of defective areas prior to welding.
  • Understand customer weld requirements.
  • Must know and follow all departmental and company safety rules.
  • Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Dispose of work as required, performs other functions as assigned.
  • Interact with other team members and occasionally with maintenance and engineers, quality, customer service and others in the plant to discuss product issues if needed.
  • Able to use conventional measuring instruments and able to read and interpret blueprints and specifications regarding parts.
  • Able to meet internal quality requirements.
  • Able to communicate effectively with co-workers.

 

Shifts:
Night Shift – Monday through Thursday, 4:00PM through 2:30AM

Production Assembler – Night Shift | Clearfield, UT
