Utility Trailer Manufacturing Launches Mobile Website

CITY OF INDUSTRY, Calif., October 4, 2011 – Utility Trailer Manufacturing Company, the industry’s largest manufacturer of refrigerated trailers and a leading manufacturer of dry freight vans, flatbeds, and Tautliner® curtainsided trailers is pleased to announce the launch of the mobile version of the Utility corporate website.

 “We are proud to be the first major trailer manufacturer to launch a mobile website,” said Craig Bennett, Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing at Utility. “As part of our commitment to being the industry leader in innovation, we want to continually provide more efficient and convenient ways for our customers to obtain information.” With the mobile website, users will have the option to view the Utility website optimized and formatted to best fit the screen of their smartphones.

The mobile website provides users the ability to search for new and used trailers, obtain press information, view videos, and locate a Utility dealer closest to the individual’s current location. “As part of Utility’s ongoing efforts to implement sustainable initiatives this year, we are providing more electronic ways to obtain information,” said Bennett. “The recent redesign of our website was developed utilizing some of the most advanced website programming techniques, which allowed us to update our website and easily transition into a mobile version.”
